by sun salutations that strengthen the body and help students synchronize breath with movement, becoming more aware of prana
(breathing).

and 132nd Avenue, the studio shares the parking lot with the BP Gas Station. A bright entrance on the second floor, at unit
22, faces west.
Come
up the stairs on the north side of the building or take the elevator up.

The construction and design of the interior of the studio took nine months to complete.

Below is what the studio looked like in August of
2008, when the space was first discovered and reserved by the Magnans. It was a long-awaited dream to open a studio between
the two of them, and at first the vision was merely one space large, but it quickly manifested into two spaces.
