The studio is called Magnan  Martial Arts School of Self-Defense, otherwise known by the MMA logo. A family business--Sifu Alfred Magnan teaches the Martial Arts curriculum at the school and Tania Magnan teaches the yoga classes. Vinyasa Yoga Miami  operates out of the MMA studio.

Students taking a Vinyasa Yoga class enjoy the benefits of opening the practice with breathing exercises and a light warm-up, followed by sun salutations that strengthen the body and help students synchronize breath with movement, becoming more aware of prana (breathing).

Located at the intersection of Southwest 120th Street and 132nd Avenue, the studio shares the parking lot with the BP Gas Station. A bright entrance on the second floor, at unit 22, faces west.

Come up the stairs on the north side of the building or take the elevator up.

Below is what the studio looked like in August of 2008, when the space was first discovered and reserved by the Magnans. It was a long-awaited dream to open a studio between the two of them, and at first the vision was merely one space large, but it quickly manifested into two spaces.
